DA Form 2397-7 – Army Pubs DA 2397-7 Fillable – It is a military form that was issued by the United States Department of the Army (DA) on February 1, 2009, titled Technical Report on U.S. Army Aircraft Accident, Part VIII – Maintenance and Material Data.
