DA Form 285-AB – Army Pubs DA 285-AB Fillable – The U.S. Army Abbreviated Ground Accident Record (AGAR), also known as DA Form 285-AB, is a three-page form that is used to report ground incidents in the United States Army that are classified as Class C to Class E.
