What Is DA Form 67-10-3 and Why Do I Need It?
The United States Army implemented a new officer evaluation system on April 1, 2014, replacing the previous system. The new DA Form 67-10 Series introduces a new style of assessment that allows for more exact analysis and rating of officer performances following Army doctrine. A new DA Form 67-10-3 and other reports in the series superseded the previous DA Form 67-9, Officer Evaluation Report, which applied to all officers, regardless of their rank.
